Zalik Academy Elementary is proud to announce our collaboration with Humanity First Canada, a long-time partner in humanitarian efforts. Humanity First is a non-profit organization registered across six continents in 50 countries.
We believe that instilling a sense of community service in our students should begin in elementary school, not just in high school. Since 1995, Humanity First has provided humanitarian aid and emergency relief to those affected by natural disasters and tragedies. They also work on human development projects around the world to alleviate poverty and improve the quality of life for those in difficult conditions.
During our recent open house, we had the privilege of welcoming the Chairman of Humanity First, Aslam Daud, who visited our school to discuss how our students can contribute to helping disadvantaged communities within Canada and around the world. Our students will be volunteering their time and efforts to support these initiatives, learning the importance of giving back from a young age.
Our founders, Muhammad and Ezza, have been involved with Humanity First from their early years into adulthood, dedicating themselves to serving humanity and giving back to both local and global communities. It is a full circle moment that our students will now be following in their footsteps and bringing forth change as the next generation. 🌏
